The Role 
johnnie-O is looking for an amazing Sales Associate to join our team in the Scottsdale, AZ store! Our ideal candidate is enthusiastic, a team player, solutions-oriented and committed to ensuring that the store operates smoothly and efficiently. We are also looking for someone who wants to grow, learn and make a large impact!

Job Description:

Sales Associate 

  • Greeting customers when they walk through the door 
  • Building rapport through conversation and honest recommendations 
  • Ringing up sales and arranging for delivery or pick-up of the customer’s order if needed 
  • Informing customers of any extra charges if necessary
  • Inviting the customer to join a loyalty program if there is one 
  • Assisting in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floor 
  • Collaborating with fellow team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times 

Qualifications

  • Customer Focus, Results Driven, Client Relationships, Verbal Communication Effective communication skills, both oral and written 
  • Detail oriented; strong organizational and time management skills 
  • Self-motivated and possess an outgoing personality – with a willingness to go above and beyond 
  • Be comfortable with building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, internal teams and management 
  • Effective at working in a team environment while managing individual priorities and duties efficiently
